The RSA Design competition, using compact flourescent energy efficient lighting we were encouraged to come up with a new design, funnily enough for a lamp, or light.
My design tries to encorporate flexibility into the design, and can be used as an uplighter or downlighter, mood lighting or functional. Simply unscrew the bolt at the bottom of the base and turn the lamp into any desired position. The head of the lamp is secure enough to stay put but can be twisted around the bulb. |
